After working at an IT company, Temari faced serious health challenges in her 20s, including a rare cancer (malignant sarcoma) and treatment-related hair loss. Her recovery inspired her to study Chinese medicine, medicinal cuisine, and hair science. Having worked for a herbal medicine company and a hair restoration clinic, she is now independent—offering lectures, writing columns, and consulting on product development, all centered around her message: “Eat well to grow healthy hair.”
