Mikage, a graduate student in botany, is shy and timid in love. However, he can't stand to see his strong younger colleague Nanahoshi living in poverty, so he decides to start sharing a room with him. He begins to cherish the days he spends with Nanaboshi, who unlike his appearance, is kind and gentle, when Nanahoshi suddenly confesses his love to him on a spring day.
