This is an alcoholism essay by Tarochin, a drunk game streamer who has experienced a turbulent battle with illness.

Severe acute pancreatitis is a highly fatal disease that causes partial necrosis of the pancreas and various organ failures, including the kidneys and liver. Tarochin, who says he "drank hard to survive," writes in a refreshingly comical style about his rollercoaster-like hospital stay, his drinking habits leading up to it, and the further difficulties that awaited him after he was released from the hospital.
