Author’s Information
Akinori Koyama
Mental Trainer.
After completing graduate school, he worked for a tax accounting firm specializing in inheritance before becoming independent. Following experiences with burnout syndrome and alopecia areata, he immersed himself in the study of the mind, self-development, and psychology—reading over 10,000 books on these topics.
Drawing on the mental training methods he developed during his high school years, when his baseball team won the National Sports Festival, he created his own unique approach to “mental training,” one that helps people continually update themselves to reach a state where “life feels the most enjoyable right now.”
His mission is to deliver the message: “No matter your current situation or state, you have value.”
He is the author of For Those Who Have Someone They Dislike (KADOKAWA) and How to Befriend ‘Loneliness-chan’ (Daiwa Publishing).
