Abstract
Why do people in Okinawa call margarine “butter”?
Why does asking Okinawan people to do something “roughly” often lead to better results?
And why do some Okinawan employees quit their jobs right after getting a raise or promotion?
This book offers the very first clear explanation of the unwritten “Okinawa Rules” —
the cultural codes that no one ever taught you,
but that can make both your business and personal relationships flourish once you understand them.
