Author’s Information

Music writer and cultural and musical researcher. He has lived in Africa and Puerto Rico for five years each, and the United States for one year. He has visited 20 Caribbean countries, 13 Latin American countries, and 18 African countries, examining the relationship between culture and music. He has written numerous articles, album introductions, and liner notes for magazines (such as "Jaz.in" and "Latina") and online publications. He also works as a DJ. He is a member of the Latin music online magazine "eLPop" and a host on Kamakura FM's "The World Wants Jazz." Born in 1958. Inspired by salsa as a high school student in the mid-1970s, he embarked on a Latin lifestyle. While in college, he played bass in a jazz club. He currently covers all aspects of Latin culture, from tropical music to pop, jazz, and popular music. In addition to producing various music programs, he is also active in a wide range of fields, including album reviews, magazine serials, and event hosting. He is a member of the Latin music online magazine "eLPop" and a host on Kamakura FM's "The World Wants Jazz."
