Abstract
This book helps children understand how the body works and take care of themselves through everyday questions.
Easy-to-understand illustrations explain the internal and external functions of the body and the relationship between health and illness!
It also includes sex education topics for children ages 4 and up, such as "Private Parts."
It's packed with fun learning ideas, including a "What kind of poop is this?" chart and a short story about the importance of farts.
This illustrated encyclopedia helps children understand how the human body works by answering everyday questions like, "What's inside the body?", "Why do we have belly buttons?", and "What happens when you catch a cold?" Supervised by zoologist Tadaaki Imaizumi, it helps children understand the characteristics of the human body by comparing them with animals. Packed with charts and quizzes, it's a fun way to learn about how the body works. Another unique feature of this book is the inclusion of the sex education topic, "What are private parts?" This book will help children develop an awareness of "taking care of themselves."
