Abstract
The ability to rest strategically will become your weapon. -- Recommended by Yuiga Kitano!! (Author of "Career Change Thinking" and "Ordinary People Who Kill Geniuses")
A practicing physician and venture entrepreneur reveals the quickest way to rest and recover from fatigue in one book!
Reiwa-era businesspeople need the skill to strategically rest and rejuvenate their mind and body. Long hours are no longer the only reward; efficient results within limited time are what's required above all else.
In your 20s, you can get away with a somewhat unreasonable work schedule. However, in your 30s and 40s, you need to improve your work performance by resting well.
If you experience fatigue, wake up feeling sluggish, feel exhausted just going to work, laze around on your days off, or simply eat a simple meal when you're short on time, then this book is for you. This book introduces all the rest methods that a practicing physician has personally tried, and that many executives and businesspeople have experienced and found effective.
