Abstract
This book explains how to ask yourself questions, find a path, change your behavior, and work toward achieving your goals. Recommended for those who want to reexamine their careers.
◆Self-coaching is recommended for those who want to carefully consider their life and career, or who are at a crossroads in life, such as changing jobs. By incorporating another self within yourself as a "coach," you can ask yourself various questions, find a path, change your behavior, and work toward achieving your goals.
◆The basic format for asking yourself questions is to fill out worksheets. This book introduces worksheets such as "Aspiration Chart," "Values List," "Future Projection," "Motivation Graph," "My Strengths," "My Heroes," "Action List," and "Habit Formation List." With case studies, this book offers tips on how to objectively understand yourself and the situation around you without getting caught up in subjectivity.
◆This new edition, based on the author's experience in seminars and training since the first edition, has been adapted to suit the current situation in Japan. New worksheets and example answers have been added, making it easier to use.
◆A book guide is included at the end for readers who want to learn more.
