Abstract

★Recommended by Nobel Prize winner Yoshinori Ohsumi!
★What's really happening at the forefront of aging research?!
★A world authority on autophagy offers an easy-to-understand explanation!

Until now, no powerful person or billionaire has been able to achieve an "ageless body."
Will we ever be able to achieve it?

Aging is not something that can be explained by a simple mechanism; it is a phenomenon in which various factors interact in a complex way. In this book, Professor Yoshimori interviews Nobel Prize-caliber researchers to present, in as easy-to-understand a manner as possible, the "mysteries of aging" and the "cutting edge of healthy longevity" that have been revealed in their respective fields. The book is explained with abundant illustrations, so you can acquire basic knowledge of life science while enjoying the read.
