Abstract

“What should I do if something happens to my parents now?”
In our super-aging society, even if people live long lives, many spend their final years in poor health. This is an introductory guide for those who feel a vague sense of anxiety but don’t know what they should be doing right now about “parent caregiving and money.” Tome-san’s worries about caring for aging parents and managing the costs are answered clearly in manga form by financial planner Naoko Kuroda, an expert on caregiving issues. Real-life experiences and advice from people who are a little ahead of you in the caregiving journey are also a must-read.
