Abstract

“All children are born to be loved.” A small picture book, written like letter from an unborn child.

“Mom, Dad, can I call you that? I saw your love and tenderness toward each other, and decided to come down to this world.” This world, told through the monologue of a unborn child, is filled with the preciousness and joy of life. The author, an obstetrician-gynecologist, had the words to the poem came flowing to him one night as he was pondering on birth. They have been passed around from mothers faced with childbirth to their friends and acquaintances already familiar with the ordeal. Since helping many women to feel both the origin of life and it’s beauty, the poem has now become a small book with beautiful illustrations and encounters, linking people together one at a time.
