Abstract

Looking around society, is there anything you would like to change?

Today's leaders are people who "stand in front" rather than "stand above." Each person finds a goal based on what they want to do, gets their colleagues involved, and takes action to make it a reality.

This kind of leadership, which anyone can have, has the power to change the world.

"Are there many 'wants' swimming in front of you right now? Of course, I'm not talking about fish. I'm talking about the will to "do XX." The world is designed in such a way that those who nurture many 'wants' have a succession of fascinating things happen.

A leader is someone who stands in front rather than above. They act before anyone else, regardless of their position. They present a tomorrow that everyone wants to aim for. Your colleagues will empathize with your perspective and follow you. This is how modern teams get started." (From the beginning of this book)
