Abstract

Renma is an honor student who stands out in his class, creating a wall between him and his classmates. Himeru, despite his cheerful demeanor, has a vague sense of insecurity deep inside. Renma and Himeru, who are polar opposites in terms of upbringing and personality, end up drawing manga together after a certain incident. Making the most of their polar opposite personalities, the two immerse themselves in creating a single manga, and the lines they draw connect each other's hearts in this passionate story of friendship. Winner of the Grand Prize at the 5th Froebel-kan Monogatari Newcomer Awards.

Born in Sapporo. Graduated from the 25th class of the Picture Book and Children's Literature Research Center. Started writing in 2023. "Welcome to Otter Cookie" won the Cabinet Office Minister of State for Special Missions Award at the 25th Original Fairy Tale, Picture Book, and Digital Picture Book Contest. "The Manga Line of Two" won the Grand Prize at the 5th Froebel-kan Story Newcomer Award, marking his first publication.
