Delimo pastry chef and chocolatier. Starting at Shibuya Francais (Shibuya, Tokyo), he furthered his chocolate training in Tokyo, Kobe, and Antwerp, Belgium. He then joined Global Dining and launched the Delimo brand in 2013, which currently operates a total of eight stores in Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, and Kobe.
