Kenta Otsuka was born in Saitama Prefecture in 1976. He writes picture books, children's stories, and screenplays. His picture books include "I Tried It" (Iwasaki Shoten), "Hamus Detective and the Phantom Thief Nya" (Gakken), "Delivering to the Sea Lion" (PIE International), and "Ninja Shijukara no Suke" (Sekai Bunka Publishing).

Jin Kitamura was born in Tokyo in 1981. He works as a picture book author and illustrator. His works include "Mike Mikke" (Hisakata Child), "Let's Cross" (Koguma Publishing), and "Rocket Penguin" (Sekai Bunka Publishing).
