Abstract
A recipe collection by Chizuru Ohara for adults struggling with sleep problems such as difficulty falling asleep and shallow sleep. Reset your diet with easy, delicious, and easily digestible recipes.
◆Sleep is a common problem for adult women, but recently, younger people are also experiencing it due to stress. This is a collection of simple and delicious recipes by popular chef Chizuru Ohara that are easy to fall asleep with and easy to digest.
◆Quality food leads to better sleep. However, it defeats the purpose if you get tired from preparing meals every day. Take shortcuts wherever you can by using the microwave and making meals in advance.
◆We recommend creating a routine for falling asleep. High-quality sleep is achieved when diet and lifestyle habits are combined. Sleep is the best way to recover from fatigue. Eat, sleep, and be happy.
Unfortunately, there is no miracle food that will make you fall asleep instantly, but improving your diet is very effective for adult sleep problems such as difficulty falling asleep and shallow sleep. This book contains 105 "comforting meals" proposed by Chizuru Ohara, which are delicious and easy to digest. It is divided into 7 chapters, and all the recipes are easy to make, such as ① Even when you don't feel like cooking, ② Working with the microwave, ③ Comforting soups and stews, ④ Satisfying one-dish meals, and ⑤ Make-ahead meals that help me out. It also contains plenty of original essays on sleep, such as sleep routines. This book is a compilation of recipes selected by Chizuru Ohara herself from the "Sleep Recipes" series that ran on "Suyasuya Club," a sleep information portal site sponsored by Wacoal. All essays, columns, and illustrations are newly written for this book.
