The job of a consultant won't disappear suddenly.
Before you know it, it will be quietly taken over by generative AI.

Many of the tasks you perform—communication with clients, document creation, research—can already be replaced by generative AI.
If you continue to do low-value work that anyone can do, you will simply disappear.
The problem is that even in this situation, you think, "I'm still okay."

So, what makes a surviving consultant different?
Currently, being able to "use generative AI" is level 0, "consultant x generative AI expert" is level 1,
and from now on, "consultant x generative AI expert x α (maximizing client happiness)" is the minimum requirement for survival.
