Born in Kanagawa Prefecture in 1980. Illustrator. Graduated from Tama Art University, Department of Oil Painting. Works for magazines and advertisements. Picture books include "What is this?" (Kaiseisha) and "The Story of 'Myself'" (written by Takeshi Yoro/Kodansha), and illustrations for "Lazy, Stingy, and Pooh" and "The Liar" (both written by Kentaro Kase/Kaiseisha). Favorite insect is the flower beetle.
