Abstract

◎Using time too perfectly increases the risk of mental health problems.
◎Time that seems wasted is actually what supports our minds.
◎Thinking about what words you want to be said to when you attend your own funeral.

Placing too much value on being productive makes people anxious and prone to depression.Even if you use your time well, the more ambitious you are, the more you tend to focus on what you "haven't achieved yet" and think that you are incompetent. When you are busy, you are usually blaming yourself in your mind.Often, the reason for this self-blame is "time".

What is needed here is to treat time not as an "enemy" but as an "ally".When time is on your side, you can bring out your "true self" and "your unique creativity".The same amount of time can become something that makes you blame yourself or, conversely, an ally, and that depends on you.

This book includes many concrete methods for rethinking your perspective on time, such as "how you want to be remembered at your own funeral".A fulfilling life can only be created by your actions. Please learn how to use your time in a way that enriches your own life.
