Abstract

Words are the blood of the soul. Let's put our feelings into words and reclaim our thoughts and lives. An essential read on the articulation of life in the age of AI, where optimized words abound.

----------
Satisfaction in life depends on whether you can realize what you feel at each moment, exactly as you feel it.

At lunchtime, you feel hungry, and you feel like eating something spicy, so you go to eat your favorite mapo tofu. At such a moment, you feel a fleeting, small happiness. However, if you compromise because you don't have time and eat a pastry or something else that you have on hand, you are left with a feeling that something is not quite right, and mapo tofu keeps popping into your head that afternoon. In the end, you do eat mapo tofu, but you're already full and can't enjoy it as much as you wanted, and you regret not having ordered mapo tofu from the beginning.

Sensitivity is not something you acquire through special training. It is already within you. Therefore, if you are conscious of your five senses, you can hone your sensitivity at any time in your daily life, such as "eating," "dressing," and "living," and you can also put it into words. I like it, I feel like it's not right, I want to try it, I want to be with this person, I want to stop... We choose our lives with our own words. Every major decision that changes our life begins with a small feeling before it can be put into words.
