Abstract
Transform your voice and everything will start to fall into place!
This book, which teaches a unique method learned by 50,000 people, is not simply a "book on improving your voice." By refining your voice, you can take responsibility for your life again from the age of 60 onwards. It is a practical guide to simultaneously restart your health, social participation, and relationships.
◎Key points of this book:
- The trump card for the second half of life is your "voice"
- Your voice is your "invisible resume"
- The starting point of a good voice is "breathing"
- Regulate your breathing and project your voice forward
- Move your facial muscles with facial stretches
- Retrain your body to recognize vowel shapes
- Seven articulation exercises to control your voice freely
- Add expressiveness to your voice and use it effectively
A voice trainer who has spread vocalization and speaking skills to 50,000 people clearly explains the various effects of "voice refinement" and how to train them!
Your voice is not only a form of self-expression but also an important tool that serves as a bridge for communication. Although the human voice is used from birth to death, only a limited number of people have the awareness and habits to refine and maintain it.
When humans speak, they use the muscles of their throat and tongue, as well as the facial muscles around their mouths. Therefore, if you do nothing as you age, your muscles will gradually weaken, your articulation will worsen, and your voice will become harder to understand.
However, by refining your voice through proper breathing and vocalization techniques and maintaining good physical condition, your voice will continue to improve even as you age. Voice refinement is not just about improving your speaking and vocalization skills; it also contributes to anti-aging, improved immunity, and enhanced swallowing function, leading to improved health. Furthermore, it can lead to improved communication skills, mental health, and ultimately, a higher quality of life (QOL).
