Abstract

Nils is a con artist who enjoys a life of bluffing, pretending to be a "hero" or "priest" while traveling and receiving rewards from villagers. One day, Nils arrives at a village troubled by monsters and, using his usual tactics, offers to "defeat the monsters as a hero," receiving a warm welcome from the delighted villagers. However, as he listens to the villagers' story, he learns that what the monsters are demanding is a "human bride," and that the bride is extremely ferocious in both size and temperament. Realizing that he is no match for them, Nils tries to secretly escape but misses his chance and, before he knows it, finds himself offered to the monster as a "substitute bride"! Will Nils really become the monster's bride? And what is the true identity of the mysterious monster, Grü...? A supernatural fantasy BL between the fake hero Nils and the monster Grü!
