Abstract

"It was because of those words that we were able to move forward without wavering"—how do you create "words" that can say that?

"A leader who has words that people can believe in is strong."

The team becomes one. Subordinates follow. Your own worries disappear. The latest book from the author of the bestseller "The Ability to Put Things into Words is a Weapon," which has sold over 350,000 copies!

"Why don't visions and purposes take hold within the company?"
"Why aren't words that should be correct used in the field?"
"Why do words that look well-structured outwardly fail to have any power internally?"
—These are the questions that form the starting point of this book.

From words to be proclaimed to words that are used.
From words directed outward, to words that support and encourage from within.
To words that employees believe in and want to speak as their own.

From missions, visions, and values to corporate messages, external speeches, recruitment messages, performance evaluations and regulations, and even naming, taglines, and catchphrases, the author of the bestseller "The Ability to Put Things into Words is a Weapon" explains the perspectives and methods for creating such words. This course will teach you the mindset and practical methods for refining and improving the communication skills that leaders should possess.
