Abstract
Dementia can be prevented in 45% of cases, and its onset can be delayed, regardless of age!
In this age where there is no miracle cure for dementia, let's adopt habits that make us less susceptible to dementia as early as possible.
★ How to create a brain that is less prone to dementia
- Sleep is a "cleaning time" that washes away the brain
- Influenza and shingles vaccines may protect the brain
- Microplastics are a new risk factor for dementia
- The brains of "learners" become stronger
Most dementias, including Alzheimer's disease, are said by any doctor or scientist to be irreversible once they develop. Furthermore, substances that cause dementia begin to accumulate in some people as early as their 40s. Although some new drugs have been developed, they cannot "restore lost functions" and cannot be called a "miracle cure."
However, recently, dementia is no longer actually an "unavoidable disease." In the last few years, research around the world has overturned conventional wisdom one after another.
Dementia is no longer a disease to be simply feared. If you know the right way, you can keep it at bay. Let's learn the specific methods!
