Abstract

A compass for organizations and individuals to maintain leadership in an era where AI is commonplace.

Will AI take away jobs? That debate is over.

What is being asked in corporate management meetings and on the front lines now are more realistic and pressing themes such as, "Why aren't we seeing results despite introducing AI?", "Will my job still exist in five years?", "How should I design the careers of my subordinates and children?", and "How should a company survive in the age of AI?".

Large-scale personnel reallocation driven by AI is already underway overseas, and in Japan, quiet changes have begun in the form of job reassignments, hiring freezes, and disparities in treatment. The author sees the phenomenon at the heart of this as "the elimination of mediocre white-collar workers."

On the other hand, "organizations that increase productivity 20-fold using AI", "entrepreneurs that create highly profitable companies with a small number of people", and "people who solve long-standing difficult problems in collaboration with AI" have already emerged.

This book presents "three options" for surviving in the age of AI.

① Become a person who can master AI and robots
② Become a person who can make value from their human charm
③ Become a person who creates and nurtures AI

Which path will you aim for? Or will you choose ④ to become cheaper labor than AI?

This book is a "practical survival guide for the AI era," explained based on cutting-edge knowledge by an author who has supported the AI implementation and business transformation of leading Japanese companies for many years.
