Abstract
It is not the "back" that is feeling the pain, but the "brain. When you are exposed to stress and anxiety, your breathing becomes shallow and your brain unknowingly suffers from a lack of oxygen. The latest research has shown that the DLPFC, the part of the brain that has the function of suppressing pain, does not function properly when there is a lack of oxygen. "The latest research has shown that the DLPFC does not function properly when oxygen is in short supply. Breathing with plenty of oxygen is a great way to relieve the lack of oxygen in the brain. Your back pain will surely get better.
