Author’s Information
Born in Tokyo in 1972. After 9 years of training at Shogatsuya Kitcho, he took over the yakitori restaurant run by his family. He opened his own restaurant Sanpi Ryoron in Ebisu in 2004, Sanpi Ryoron Nagoya in Nagoya in 2013, and Sanpi Ryoron Men's in Hiroo in 2014. He also engages in Japanese food promotion activities and serves as the East Japan representative of the Washoku School Lunch Project Support Group (http://washoku-kyushoku.or.jp//). He has been featured on TV shows and magazines, and also published many books on the beauty of Japanese cuisine.
