Abstract

Have you ever noticed that there are full of mysteries in the vegetables on your dining table?
You will see that each vegetable's origins are widely distributed worldwide if you trace their ancestors back.
You will be surprised by their globalistic origins: red pepper from central and south Africa, cabbage from Europe, watermelon from south Africa, cucumber from India...
Also there is another curious aspect that even in the same group of vegetable with name "tomato", their colours, shapes and tastes vary in different varieties.
Fun to look and good to know this book by GETCHO-Sensei with his finely and beautifully drawn illustrations, leading us to the wonderland of vegetables!
