Abstract

This is the first bento book by spice cooking expert Indukariko-san. In addition to featuring a wide variety of recipes for "meat side dishes, fish side dishes, vegetable side dishes, bean side dishes, and egg side dishes," the book also suggests quick lunches such as muffins and rice balls.

Representative director of Korinkan Co., Ltd., a specialty store for spice beginners. In addition to developing and selling spice sets, he is also involved in a wide range of activities including recipe development, marketing, and consulting with major companies.
