Tempura is Japanese traditional fried food and one of special Washoku. The author owns a very famous Tempura restaurant. He teaches us his professional skill to cook genuine delicious Tempura at home. If you want to cook, what you just prepare are a flying pan, 3 centimeters vegetable oii and foods.
