Abstract

Mocktails and low-alcohol cocktails that respond to the growing health consciousness in recent years, the younger generation's departure from alcohol, and the growing demand for non-alcoholic drinks due to pandemics. This book introduces more than 120 recipes for mocktails with 0.00% alcohol and low alcohol cocktails with 1% to 10% or less alcohol, devised by bartenders who are active in Japan. In addition, points and tips for making mocktails and low alcohol cocktails, tips for food pairing are also posted, which can be useful for menu development of restaurants such as bars, cafes, restaurants, taverns, and can be enjoyed at home.
