Abstract

Introducing the dishes that the author actually makes during solo camping, divided into four chapters. We offer delicious and fun "camping meals" made with easily available ingredients, such as dishes that can be easily made on-site or dishes that can be prepared at home and completed on-site.

After joining the traveling cooking unit "Tokyo Cali Bancho" in 1999, he worked as a DJ, craft, and outdoor director for 17 years under the name SHINGO/3LDK.
