Abstract

This book introduces popular recipes from Shokudo Ogawa, a popular restaurant located in a back alley in Nishi Kiyamachi, Kyoto.
You can enjoy this book in many different ways: you can just look at the pictures, you can try making the dishes you want to eat, or you can actually visit the restaurant.
The ingredients and seasonings used are also easy to find, so if you are interested, please try making it.

[Author] Shintaro Ogawa
He is manager of "Shokudo Ogawa", a restaurant that does not take reservations. He was born in Fukuoka Prefecture.
After training at a kappo restaurant in Kyoto, he opened "Shokudo Ogawa" in 2009.
His cheerful personality and his sincere approach to cooking a la carte dishes are popular.
