Author’s Information
Haruo Matsuzaki was born in Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture in 1960. Matsuzaki graduated from Sophia University with a degree in foreign languages. He then worked at Seibu Department Store as the buyer for the sake department until 1997. He now serves as chairman of Sake Export Association (SEA).
