Author’s Information

After graduating from the Faculty of Law at Keio University, he worked for a major electronics company and as a partner in the strategy division of a foreign consulting firm before assuming his current position. For 20 years as a strategy consultant, he has demonstrated his skills in business strategy, M&A promotion, and the formulation and implementation of overall corporate transformation and structural reform plans. He has also worked twice for a major business corporation, where he provided hands-on support for corporate transformation. He is currently the Japan leader of operational transformation at Deloitte Tohmatsu Consulting G.K. Based on the belief that "the key to the re-growth of Japanese companies lies in transforming the value of human resources and reforming the corporate structure to support this transformation. He provides end-to-end support for the transformation of companies and human resources as well as business models, from strategy formulation through to the creation and implementation of mechanisms.
