Abstract
Six popular painters, from up-and-coming young artists to veterans who are adept at the expression of "water," which is a particularly important theme for ink painting, will challenge each method. Explain in detail the techniques and tips for drawing the ever-changing appearance of water with abundant examples and process photographs.
In the first half of this book, the characteristic expressions of water such as the brilliance, projection, fluctuations, bubbles, drops, and rivers in the snow are developed by each method, and the "rainy landscape" is drawn in a competitive format.
In the second half, we will cover harbors, rice terraces, waves, canals, puddles, ponds, coasts, mountain streams, etc., and record the drawing process of each artist's two works. In addition, we will explain the points for expressing "waterfalls and canyons," which is a typical theme of "water." In addition, at the end of the book, we will introduce the creation of works with special techniques such as "following the Abe River" by Kazue Kuyama and rain crests and fountains.
