Abstract
In a minor injury case, a dim-looking middle-aged man was taken to the Nogata Police Station.
The police look down on him as a drunk, but during the interrogation, the man predicts that there will be an explosion in Akihabara at ten o'clock.
Shortly after, an abandoned building in Akihabara exploded. No way, this guy is "real"? The man then says bluntly.
"It's going to explode three times from here, the next an hour later."
Can the police stop the explosion?
