Which cities in the world have the greatest number of Michelin-starred restaurants? The leaders are Tokyo, Paris, Kyoto, Osaka and New York (in that order), giving Japan an astonishing three out of the top five places! No wonder Japan is acclaimed as the world’s top gastronomic nation. Chef Okuda has appeared on Japanese TV shows such as The Professionals and The Dawn of Gaia.
