Abstract

Freeing the women of today from tiredness with insights from a posture specialist who has treated over 180,000 people.

Be more comfortable in your own body by simply changing the way you stand, sit and walk each day!

Feeling sluggish from morning.
Tired even after sleeping.
Stiff shoulders, back pain, headaches…

This book is here to free women from these symptoms.

A visual guide
By using pictures that show how to carry your body, you can start practicing your posture today!

Rather than eliminating fatigue or relieving pain, this book will teach you how to walk, stand and sit in ways that are good for the body without making you tired. This includes all daily activities such as breathing, sitting at a desk, and how to hold a bag.

I am Dr Takaaki Nakano, the fourth-generation director of the chiropractic treatment clinic Nakano Seitai which was founded in 1926. So far, I have treated over 180,000 patients aged 0 to 108.

Very few of the many people I have met can stand, sit, or walk correctly, and even in the city, only about 1 in 100 people are pleased to find they can walk correctly.

Many people have a certain way of standing, walking, and sitting.
Without realizing it, we repeat movements that put a strain on our bodies.
It’s because of this that our bodies grow tired and begin to feel unwell.

That is to say…

Because we stand without thinking, standing makes us tired.
Because we sit without thinking, sitting makes us tired.
Because we walk without thinking, walking makes us tired.

In other words, we are unable to carry our bodies well and reach the full potential they offer. But if you can learn to use your body correctly, you will find you have more energy.

I’m always busy and tired.
It’s getting harder and harder.
Even if I have a rest, I don’t feel well.
Massages don’t help for long...

This book is an introduction to using your body correctly, starting today.

In doing so, you can go from someone who never feels well to someone who always feels great! Are you ready?
