Haruka Mano is a fermented food chef, born in 1990. After graduating from the Faculty of Human Environment at Hosei University, she worked for a trading company before gaining experience in restaurant kitchens and as an assistant cookery researcher before becoming an independent chef. Currently, she develops recipes and appears in the media, mainly in Tokyo and Kyoto.
