Abstract

This is a collection of recipes for one-pot pasta that are easy to make and clean up afterwards, perfect for work-from-home lunches or weekend brunches. It also includes salads that can be made quickly while the pasta is simmering. This is a renewed version of "Hot, Delicious One-Pot Pasta" released in 2014.
