A registered dietitian, an international Chinese medicine doctor, and an international Chinese medicine dietary specialist. She is currently spreading the idea and recipes of medicinal food, which balances the body and mind, through magazines, books, and cultural centers. She also runs seasonal cooking classes that incorporate both medicinal food and nutritional science.
