Abstract

"Botanical art (botanical illustration)" refers to paintings drawn to accurately record the appearance of plants in an era when there were no photographs. Originally drawn for pictorial books, it has become popular as one of the interior arts in modern times, and it has become more enjoyable to decorate and draw. This book is an introductory book on botanical art with the theme of "rose", which has been loved as a painting motif since ancient times. We introduced in an easy-to-understand manner how to draw roses of various colors and shapes, from buds to large flowers. At the end of the book, a full-scale line art for transfer is attached, so you can practice coloring repeatedly as if you were coloring.
