Professor of the Efficiency Department at Jiyugaoka Sanno Junior College. Graduated from Sanno Junior College and Senshu University. After working as a secretary to the managing director of a general trading company and a lecturer in the secretarial department at a vocational school, he founded Crosspoint in 1991. After serving as an interview committee member for the Secretary Certification Grade 2 Examination, he is currently a council member of the Business Skills Certification Association and an auditor for the Secretary and Service Education Society.
