Abstract

What is the "4-stance theory" that Hiroko Yamazaki, who coached the Japanese national rhythmic gymnastics team (Fairy Japan POLA) for 17 years and led them to their first medal in 42 years, arrived at?

You want to run fast, but you can't. You want to move sharply, but you can't move quickly. You work hard and train your muscles, but you get injured a lot.
And if you are an instructor of some sport, have you ever felt that "what you are saying" is not easily understood by others?
The clue to solving such problems lies in the "4-Stance Theory," which focuses on the axis of the body.
Just by "being aware of your axis," your daily movements, such as standing and sitting, will become smoother, and by learning about the 4-Stance Theory, you will be able to change the way you face your sports activities.
You will be able to move your body more in accordance with your image than you do now.

4-Stance Theory" is a method that focuses on the axis of the body, which will change your body into one that is "less tired, less prone to injury, and more youthful-looking" without effort.
□No more needless muscle training. Axis training is necessary in the age of 100 years of life.
□"General Theories of Exercise" Make You Unhappy... There are 4 types of "Correct Body Movement".
□Must read for club leaders and sports coaches.
□An exercise theory that eliminates the misfortune of "mismatch between athletes and instructors".
