Abstract

The second in the series, following the previous book "Unit Origami Essence". The main point of this book is to create unexpected and interesting shapes by changing her conventional way of thinking. For example, if you develop the motifs of traditional origami "windmill" and "Nisofune" into modern unit origami, you will get a completely different shape! Also, if you change the ratio of paper and the angle of the crease with the same folding method, the basic solid will change shape steadily. Furthermore, we will use bamboo skewers to curl the edges of the paper and add a decorative and beautiful look to the three-dimensional unit, further deepening the world of the unit with a new perspective. Various variations are added to more than 50 basic works, and a total of nearly 100 examples are introduced with origami diagrams.
