Abstract

Oriental medicine believes that the "rhythm of nature" and the "rhythm of the body" should be synchronized.
In other words, if you change the way you spend your time according to the seasons and climate, you will get healthier.

The author introduces recommended habits of "physical exercise" and "physical rest" for each season, month, and week. When we say "move your body" and "rest your body," not all physical activity equal intense exercise, and resting your body does not always mean sleeping a lot or doing nothing at all. A daily diet, light stretching, pressure points, and other little things are important to keep your body in good shape. By adopting these habits one at a time, even if it is just one a week, your body will be able to move easily, and you will be able to have a body that does not waver even during the changing of the seasons.
