Abstract
A little pig, Ton-chan, made a chair and called it “a chair for my friend,” because he hoped it would bring him a new friend. He sat on the beach with his chair and waited for someone to come along. A tiger happened by and sat in the empty chair. The tiger started talking to Ton-chan. This is how a shy little pig made friends with a big, scary tiger.
Children will enjoy reading this funny story and learn how nice it is to have a good time together with a friend.
