Abstract

Smartphones have penetrated deeply into Japanese lives, and it has become more unusual for people to walk around town without seeing people using smartphones.
However, little is known about the risks associated with their use, particularly the dangers of long-term use by children and the effects that they will have on academic performance.
Based on the results of a large-scale survey of 70000 children, this book is a booklet that explores the implications of smartphone and app usage and discusses head-on the risks of smartphone use.
A must-read title for modern people, especially all guardians.
